Over the last four years, Jeff helped us purchase two homes as well as sell our first home.

He has so many qualities that make him a fantastic agent and broker. Having worked in the field for many years, Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about market conditions, including current state and future state. With well-research data in hand, he provided us with sound predictions to aid our decision making in selling and buying. In addition, he is able to provide an unbiased perspective on the overall structure of any property being toured. As a couple who toured unique properties — often resulting in fixer uppers — this experience was extremely beneficial. Moreover, Jeff is incredibly patient. "It was the BEST decision to hire Jeff as our realtor. Jeff helped my husband and I sell our old home and buy our new dream home. Jeff makes real estate look like an art form. He exemplifies professionalism, honesty, trust, integrity and dependability. He is extremely knowledgeable in many realms of the real estate world: he is a principal broker, he has done mortgage lending previously, he is extremely knowledgable about home inspections and construction; anything you need to know about real estate, he is your guy. When we first met Jeff, he listened and took to heart our concerns of our past experiences with realtors and not once did he pressure us to make decisions on the spot or sign anything. "Jeff is awesome. He helped me buy a townhouse and sell my condo. He was very patient, as it took me a while (months) to find a townhouse. He was quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to see a house. My condo got an offer in a day and he worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly, even with a difficult buyer. Overall, I had a great experience working with Jeff and I would definitely recommend him."

"We can’t say enough good things about Jeff. He and his family helped us buy our first home after we recently moved to the area. Jeff was patient with us when we were unsure, and there for us at a moment’s notice when we started to get more serious with offers and viewings. Jeff’s high level of experience with the industry helped guide us what to look for, be aware of. He also clearly laid out options and next steps which were great for us, as first time buyers. "Jeffery Shumaker made us feel comfortable about selling and buying our dream home. He has vast knowledge of everything related to the housing business. Having his expertise around was a blessing because he was able to point out things to avoid like old water heaters, furnaces, and plumbing that were either not compliant or had class action lawsuits on them. Not only was his knowledge top notch, he is very easy to work with and is super responsive. He’s got a no-pressure type of attitude that makes it easier to find the right house. Going through this process is stressful enough and the last thing you want is a realtor that doesn’t know what they are doing. Our lenders were even praising Jeff because of how responsive and attentive he was to getting everything they needed. Overall I highly highly recommend Jeff and his team.
